About Osama Elshazly MD
Dr. Osama Elshazly is a doctor who passionately cares about all of his patients and thrives to provide each patient with the golden standard of care. He is great listener, and has the experience necessary to provide the care you need. He treats each patient respectfully and gives his patients time to discuss all of their health care needs and concerns during their visit. His story began when he was a young child. A huge goal in mind was to become a great doctor and truly make an everlasting difference in society. Eventually, this goal of his took flight as he enrolled in the University of Alexandria Medical School and later became a reality after his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Pittsburgh. He has countless hours of patient contact health services, recognized accomplishments and awards, leadership positions in many healthcare settings and close to 40 years of healthcare experience under his belt. After all the years of practice, His passion has only immensely grown and is genuinely devoted to the practice of medicine.
Dr. Abrahim Imam was called to the practice of medicine, and primary care in particular, because of his passion for people. In his approach to patient care, Dr. Imam embodies the philosophy that his patients are not just numbers, but rather, people with their own unique stories and perspectives. Dr. Imam believes in a holistic approach to patient care and treats each patient with the utmost care and respect.
The joy that Dr. Imam has experienced in his career thus far from having a direct positive impact on the lives of patients has made clear that he is called to this profession. Dr. Imam believes that he has a crucial role to play in ensuring that all people are afforded the right to compassionate care.
Dr. Imam received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He received his medical degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Auburn, Alabama. Dr. Imam completed his residency training with the North Mississippi Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program in Tupelo, Mississippi. He is board certified in Family Medicine.
